Tasting Add-Ons

An optional lunch is available for Seated Tastings, Facility Tours, and Wine-Library Tastings made at least 48 hrs in advance.

To add items to your existing reservation, view your emailed confirmation and select Manage Reservation, and then Edit. The full menu will be available there. You can also call 509-525-6502.

Payment will be taken upon ordering | Club members, please use Pepper Bridge Winery account email as your username for Tock in order to receive club rates & benefits.

Menu

• Green Goddess Mediterranean Bowl – $25/ea: Creamy green tahini dressing over a blend of fresh salad greens, quinoa, hummus, feta, cucumber, and kalamata olives. (vegetarian)
• Turkey Ciabatta – $25/ea: Turkey, Havarti, Mama Lil’s peppers and artichokes with a veggie cream cheese spread. Accompanied by mixed green salad with pair vinaigrette.
• Parisian Ham Sandwich – $25/ea: A classic baguette, shaved ham, D'Affinois cheese, tiny cornichons, and dijon. Accompanied by mixed green salad with pair vinaigrette.
• Veggie Ciabatta – $25/ea: Veggie cream cheese, artichoke, radish, lettuce, pickle, and smoked provolone. Accompanied by mixed green salad with pear vinaigrette.
• Other - By selecting "Other," a Pepper Bridge Winery Associate will be in touch to help select an alternate item.

As an add-on to a Club, Seated, or Wine-Library tasting, enjoy an assortment of spreads & ingredients specifically chosen to demonstrate the myriad ways that food and wine interact. Our team will explain the pairings and offer guidance on the tasting before leaving you free to experiment. This experience will give you the tools you need to feel confident about choosing pairings at home. 

We have an assortment of light bites, including salami, cheese, cornichons, almonds, and crackers. 

Selecting this option on your reservation helps us plan ahead. A menu will be provided when you arrive so that you can select exactly what you want.
