FAQ

  • How to make edits to my Wine Club Account?

    Log in to your account.

    1. Click "My Accounts" icon in the upper-right corner to open the drop-down menu.
    2. Select "My Wine Clubs."

    From there, you can:

    • Update your payment method
    • Change your shipping address
    • Switch between shipping or pickup
    • Customize your wine allotment by clicking the "View Packages" button.

  • Do I need to be home to sign for my allotment?

    Yes, Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult who is over the age of 21. We recommend using a business address or a FedEx Pick-Up Location when possible.
