Can I view the space before booking?
Yes, you are free to visit any time during business hours; however, we recommend making an appointment with the respective managers in order to have time to discuss booking details.

Are there any discounts available club members?
Yes! Club members always receive club rate on the wine and food purchased. In addition, there may be savings on the Space Rental Rate as well as the Purchase Minimum. Inquire with the booking manager for specifics.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Event: No cancellation fee will apply, and you will not be charged for the reserved space.
- Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before the Event: The full space rental fee will be charged.
Smaller events may have a more flexible lead time which will be assessed before the contract is finalized.

Are guests under the age of 21 allowed at the venue?
Yes, guests under the age of 21 are welcome to attend events at our locations. However, we strictly adhere to federal and state drinking laws: only individuals 21 years of age or older with proper ID may consume alcoholic beverages on our premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring compliance.

What will happen in the case of inclement weather?
If the venue selected is outdoors, events are held rain or shine. It is your responsibility to plan for inclement or high temperature weather. 3rd party tent rental option available.

Will you help with décor and setup?
Pepper Bridge Winery does not facilitate the setup of rental items. Decorations and event items must be set up and removed within the agreed-upon time frame specified in the contract and terms and conditions.
Any extension beyond this duration must be pre-approved or will incur additional charges.
All decorations and placements are subject to winery approval.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
By law, all alcohol served must be purchased from Pepper Bridge Winery, no other alcohol is allowed on site.

Can I bring my own non-alcoholic drinks?
Non-alcoholic beverages may be brought onsite but do not count towards the F&B minimum unless purchased through the winery.

Can I bring in outside food?
You are welcome to bring food from home but we are not able to offer the use of our prep, storage, or cooking facilities.
With approval through the winery, you are also able to bring in outside catering providing they have an active catering license.
However, outside food and catering do not count towards the Food & Beverage minimum.
