Cabernet Sauvignon

We have crafted a Cabernet Sauvignon every year since our inception in 1998, and it is most definitely a flagship wine for us. With each unique vintage, Winemaker Jean-François Pellet utilizes a blend of Bordeaux varietals, styled to highlight the beauty and intricacy imparted by our area’s Cabernet Sauvignon fruit.

Merlot

1999 marked the first production of our estate Merlot. With each vintage since, we are continually awed by the delicate intricacies our estate vineyards bestows upon this beautiful Bordeaux varietal. This is the varietal that made our Winemaker Jean-François Pellet want to stay in the Walla Walla Valley.

Trine

‘Trine’ (rhymes with ‘wine’) means "a close group of three," and pays homage to the families of Pepper Bridge: the McKibbens, the Murphys, & Pellets. Since it is a blend rather than a varietal-based wine, the Trine allows more room for creativity. Each new vintage contains a unique combination of Bordeaux's five traditional red grapes.

Sauvignon Blanc

After producing only red Bordeaux varietals for over 15 years, we introduced our refreshing white wine in 2013. In honor of old-world tradition while embracing new world style, Jean-François chooses to ferment this wine in oak and concrete egg.

This wine is extremely versatile, pairing with everything from seafood to bright salads to a rich holiday meal, and beyond!

Pepper Bridge Vineyard

Pepper Bridge Vineyard is the first of our estate vineyards. The original 10 acres were planted by our founder, Norm McKibben, in 1991.

This wine is crafted for our Wine Club members to highlight this beautiful estate vineyard. It is a blend that changes every year but is always 100% Pepper Bridge Vineyard fruit.

Seven Hills Vineyard

You’ll find Seven Hills Vineyard on the South edge of the Walla Walla Valley AVA. The original plantings date back to 1981, and was purchased by Norm McKibben in 1994, and further expanded.

We create this wine for our Wine Club members to showcase the character of the vineyard. The compostition changes every year but is always 100% Seven Hills Vineyard fruit.
