Toby Woodruff

Toby moved to Walla Walla from Seattle, where he was Supervisor of Guest Services at the Hotel Vintage Park. Working in hospitality at a wine-themed hotel, he came to know many Walla Walla winemakers over the years.

A Portland, Oregon native, Toby was drawn to Walla Walla in 2020 with his wife to live in wine country and explore his growing love of wine. Before joining Pepper Bridge, he managed Canvasback winery and obtained his WSET II certification. He is currently pursuing his WSET III credentials and enjoying his studies.

In his spare time, Toby is an avid home cook and enjoys preserving, fermenting, and canning food. Toby also loves his many cats, gardening, bird watching, Nordic skiing, hiking, biking, and wine tasting around the world.
