Join the ever-iconic vegan Chef Miyoko Schinner at Pepper Bridge Winery for a stunning plant-based multi-coursed dinner to benefit the Walla Walla Sustainable Living Center. Chef Miyoko will showcase elevated vegan dishes expertly paired with Winemaker Jean-François’ timeless Bordeaux-style blends. The synergy of the evening will be nothing short of extraordinary—with live classical music, original art on display—a full evening of first-class sustainability in our gravity-flow facility.
Exclusive selections from the private winery Library include the 2016 Pepper Bridge Vineyard Blend, 2015 Merlot, 2013 Trine, and the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon—all hand-selected to pair with Chef Miyoko’s summer-inspired menu.
Net proceeds will be donated to the Walla Walla Sustainable Living Center's “Farm to School” Program which aims "to inspire healthy communities through food, farm, and garden experience." Given their focus on connecting students to where their food comes from, the proceeds will specifically go towards making some much-needed improvements to the Farm to School gardens.
